These delicious and fudgy brownies are reminiscent of the Thin Mint cookies we all know and love…made using Peppermint Essential Oil!
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 large eggs
8 drops peppermint essential oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13×9 inch baking dish. Place the 12 ounces of chocolate chips along with the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave (this usually takes about a minute). Stir until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes. Stir in salt, flour, and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
