Dutch Babies

I’ve heard them called “German Pancakes” by some, but we grew up with them being called “Dutch Babies”. Whatever you call them, double the recipe. They puff up super big in the oven, and then fall once you take them out…so we always needed two pans. 😉

6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 C. milk
1 C. flour
1 cube butter

Combine eggs, milk, and salt in blender until fluffy. Tap in flour, beat until well blended. Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass pan. When butter is bubbly pour in batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
