Touchdown Peanut Butter & Cream Cheese Marbled Brownies

Holy cow! Chocolate…peanut butter…and cream cheese? Uh, yes please! If you wanted to make these even quicker you could just use a boxed mix for the brownie portion, and just swirl in the Peanut Butter Filling part.

Peanut Butter filling:
2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. each) softened
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 C. sugar
2 T. milk

Beat above ingredients together.

Brownies:
1 C. butter, melted
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 C. cocoa
1 1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease 13x9x2 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare peanut butter filling. Stir together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Add cocoa; beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, & salt beat well. Stir in chips. Remove 1 C. batter and pour rest in pan. Spread peanut butter filling over surface. Drop reserved chocolate batter by teaspoonfuls over filling. Using knife, marble. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely in the pan!
