You’ll want to have a pretty solid PLATINUM team before you add your 4th leg to build out to Diamond. Too often - leaders start building the 4th leg before they’re actually solid with their first 3.
Also remember (as we’ve talked about in the past) . . . when you’re doing your Placements for Diamond, try to structure your team in a way that will also help you in your next rank of BLUE DIAMOND. This means you’ll want to work towards having Premier qualifiers on your 3rd level.
