The Belief Pyramid we talked about when working towards Elite, also comes into play when you’re working towards Premier. For a Premier, you’re working on your BELIEF IN THE OPPORTUNITY.
Something new for you at this rank? … This is the first rank where the location of where you put your volume actually matters. You need:
An overall monthly volume of at least 5,000 OV.
You need to have 2 personally enrolled legs that are at the Executive rank level (that would mean a volume of at least 2,00 OV on each leg. {“Personally enrolled” means you are the designated Enroller of the person at the top of each of those legs}
💸 The average income for a Premier leader is between $800 - $1000/month. And lucky you … the Empowerment Bonus kicks on at this rank! That means that for each month you rank Premier or Silver AND you’ve enrolled at least one person that month with an order of at least 100 PV, you receive a $200 bonus on top of your regular check!
After you’ve reached the rank of Premier, your next step is to work on a 3rd leg. This will allow you to work towards your next rank of SILVER. Silver is where over 60% of doTERRA leaders build to. Silver leaders have an average income of $2,000/month!

Premier rank is the first time volume structure matters!
You’ll need 2 legs with at least 2000 OV in each (with the person at the top of that volume being enrolled to you & placing at least a 100 PV order to qualify)
You’ll also need to have an overall organizational volume of at least 5000 OV
