Clary Sage
Apply 1 drop over the abdomen to support abdominal or menstrual cramping.
Apply 1 drop on the back of the neck or bottoms of the feet to support hot flashes.
Apply 1 drop on the back of the neck or bottoms of the feet to support PMS. Alternatively, use 3 drops in a diffuser.
Ylang Ylang
Put 3 drops in the diffuser for extra support when your emotions are running high.
