🗒️ Importance of Wellness Consults:

You have 3 goals in a Wellness Consult:

1- Help them create a daily routine using their oils + products (health upgrade is anchored in the lifestyle)

2- Share the importance of Lifelong Vitality in creating a foundation for optimal health (less pain, more energy, balanced mood)

3- Teach them the Loyalty Rewards Program, the perks + how to order through it. THIS VIDEO shows you exactly how to do a Wellness Consult/Lifestyle Overview. The steps are listed below:

HOW TO DO A WELLNESS CONSULT:

Look up their health challenges in The Essential Life book. Write their health challenges & which oils will help them. Include oils they have + other oils they can try. Don’t give more than three oils per health challenge (you don’t want to overwhelm them!)

Daily Protocol: Find out when their ailments affect them. Then help them write down what times of day to use their products, including how to use them.

Set up an example LRP order:

  • Show them exactly where to set up LRP on their computer: “So I’m going to help you set up your first month’s LRP right here, & then I’m going to show you how to change it.”

  • Set up an LRP based on month 1 of their 90-day wellness plan: “Tell me what your priorities are. Obviously LLV, & what else?” (Use the LRP kits or Wellness Programs if it matches their need.)

  • Give them a book if they set up their LRP (either free or at a reduced cost). If they have a resource they’re more likely to purchase in the future. This is a great investment on your part.

Invite to Continuing Education:

  • Plug them into your team’s Facebook groups + continuing education/health programs.

  • If they’re hosting a class, talk about it now & who they’re inviting + develop a sampling plan. You’ll likely be the one to give them the samples to give out to those they’re inviting so everyone who attends their class has had a great experience first!

IMPORTANT! Ask for Referrals. Referrals are the simplest way to keep your business growing without ever running out of people to talk to.

  • Try a simple script like this: "I can't tell you how happy I am you've got these amazing oils in your life. I know a lot of people have health challenges, & wish they could address them naturally. Who do you know that I should reach out to? I'd love to help anyone you have come to mind.”

  • You can decide how to compensate them for referrals if they’re not interested in being a wellness advocate. (ie they earn free product from you or 10% commission on each enrollment…you’re basically splitting your 20% commission with them)
