McOmber Buttery Gingersnaps
These will absolutely melt in your mouth!! So good! We love including these on Christmas goodie plates and taking them to events.
3/4 c. butter Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/8 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 /4 t. ginger
sugar to roll them in
Combine all ingredients. Form into balls, roll in granulated sugar, then place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes (should still be soft).
