  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTE

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • ½-1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to sweeten)

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • 1 toothpick of doTERRA Cardamom essential oil

  • 1 toothpick of doTERRA Black Pepper essential oil

  • 1 drop doTERRA Turmeric essential oil

  • 2 drops doTERRA Madagascar Vanilla essential oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In small saucepan combine everything except the essential oils.

  2. Whisk together and bring ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes to reduce the mixture a bit. Stir occasionally.

  3. Remove the saucepan from direct heat. Add essential oils. Stir the ingredients.

  4. Pour the mixture into two small mugs and then sprinkle a little bit of turmeric on top. Enjoy!
