Coco Pear Juice
Run everything but the last 2 ingredients through a juicer. Stir in the last 2 ingredients.
2 handfuls spinach
6 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 English cucumber
1 cup broccoli stems (optional)
1 pear
1/4 bunch parsley
1/2 cup coconut water (added before drinking)
1 tsp chia or flax seed (added before drinking)

Run everything but the last 3 ingredients through a juicer. Stir in the last 3 ingredients.
3-4 kale leaves
1/2 head romaine
1/2 organic cucumber
4 organic celery stalks
1 green apple ((decored))
1 inch fresh ginger (sliced)
1 handful parsley or cilantro
1/2 lemon (squeezed into juice after)
1 tsp chia or flax seed (stirred in after juicing)
1 tsp turmeric (stirred in after)
Green Peace Juice
Run everything but the chia seeds through a juicer. Stir in chia seeds at the end.
4 stalks kale
1 long (English) cucumber
3-4 spears pineapple
1 lime
1/2 handful mint
1 tsp chia seeds ((added after you juice everything))
