Garlic-Spiked Broccoli with Dried Mango

The sweetness of the mango pairs perfectly with the broccoli. You can also substitute Craisins for the mango if desired.

2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chopped broccoli rabe
1/2 cup diced dried mango or Craisins
Salt and freshly ground black pepper 

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the broccoli rabe and mango and cook, stirring, until the broccoli rabe leaves wilt, about 3 minutes. Season
to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
