2 Essential Oils for a Healthy New Year
Essential oils can be a powerful tool to help the body detoxify.
Our bodies are naturally designed to detox via the liver, lungs, skin, lymph nodes, & kidneys. However, because we live in a world where we're surrounded by synthetic chemicals in our food, water, & environment, we need to give our bodies some extra help to keep things working properly.

The best Detox Bath
My Favorite Detox Bath Blend:
This is actually my favorite recipe that helps me relax & also support my body's natural detoxification process. My Favorite Detox Bath Blend:
3 drops Juniper Berry
3 drops Rosemary
1 cup Epsom Salts
To prepare the bath, simply fill the bathtub with warm water, add the oils and salts, & swish your hand around the bottom of the tub to help the salts dissolve. Soak for 20 minutes or more.
How is this beneficial?
Epsom salts contain magnesium. The body quickly uses up magnesium stores when it's stressed, & this can cause an array of health problems. So, as you soak, the skin absorbs the magnesium into the body. So easy! :)
Juniper Berry supports the immune system, is high in antioxidants, supports the kidneys, is calming, & supports healthy urinary tract function.
Rosemary Essential Oil is very high in antioxidants, & it supports the liver, which is one of the body's main detox organs. It also supports healthy digestion ... the liver sends the toxins via bile through the gallbladder, so supporting healthy digestive function is very important for detoxification. Rosemary also supports the respiratory system & may help to reduce nervous tension & also occasional fatigue.
