Clean & Effective Skin Care You'll Love!

If you plug most skin-care products into the Environmental Working Group website (ewg.org), you find that most of them are very toxic. They rate products on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as toxicity .... 10 being super toxic, & 1 being like water (non-toxic). If your particular product isn't listed, you can list the ingredients one by one to get a good idea for how toxic it is.

Try it! I think you'll be surprised by the cancer causing substances most women are putting on their body/faces every day.

why should we care about this?

I became more aware of this about 7 years ago. Today I want to share some beautifying things you can do, that will also help keep your body healthier by not introducing more toxins.

Top Essential Oils for
BEAUTIFUL SKIN CARE

Verage Skin Care System:

My favorite basic natural skin-care option is called Verage Skin Care. It's a totally natural system that's also luxurious. It's claim to fame? It protects skin from premature aging, maintains elasticity (fights sagging), & improves skin color, evenness, & tone. I love that it's easy to use, doesn't have a ton of steps, & is more effective than any of the high end products I've tried. Bonus!

It has 4 parts….

Cleanser:

Use during morning shower & to remove makeup before bed.

Toner:

I do a couple sprays of this on my face after drying off when I get out of the shower, or after using the Cleanser to remove my makeup at night. It restores skin nutrients + evens out the pH of your skin. Don't forget your neck!

Moisturizer:

Apply directly after toner. These products all smell DIVINE btw!

Serum:

This contains some of the most precious essential oils for the skin. I use just 1 pump to cover my whole face. It improves fine lines & wrinkles ... but it also is just so nourishing & great to keep healthy skin & that accompanying healthy glow!✨

Immortelle Anti-Aging Blend:

Love, love, LOVE this! Roll on face + massage into age spots, fine lines, & wrinkles daily as needed. This roller bottle of straight essential oils contains some of the most precious oils for skin ... Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender, Myrrh, Helichrysum, & Rose!

My secret tip??? ... This bottle doesn't come diluted with a carrier oil at all, so I actually divide it between 2 roller bottles, then top it off with a great carrier oil (I really love Jojoba Oil for this because it mimics the natural oils you have on your face).

xEO Mega:

This supplement contains your needed fish oils for omega-3s ... AND essential oils (Clove, Frankincense, Thyme, Cumin, Wild Orange, Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, + German Chamomile). For extra nourishment to your skin, it would be great to double your daily dose of this.

Neroli & Rose:

I love wearing these as my signature perfume ... they smell BEAUTIFUL together.

These are some very precious oils, so to make them more affordable doTERRA sells them in roller bottles. This is wonderful because you don't have to dilute them ... they're already diluted & ready to roll right on your pulse points.

Diluting them helps them not to evaporate into the air so quickly (think about it like "anchoring" them onto your skin). It also helps the oils to absorb more readily so you can enjoy the emotional benefits of these oils through both smell AND having it get into your bloodstream through the skin.
