Strawberry Pizza

This is WONDERFUL stuff! You can dress it up with other fruit, such as mandarin oranges, raspberries, blueberries, mango…you name it! But strawberries continue to be my favorite.

Crust:
1 C butter
1 C flour
1/4 C powdered sugar

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 pint thinly sliced strawberries

Glaze:
1 pint of strawberries
1/2 C water
3/4 C sugar
2 T corn starch

Bake crust for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Spread topping mixture on warm crust. Top with strawberries. In a blender, combine glaze then pour into sauce pan and boil until mixture thickens. Let cool 20 minutes then pour over pizza.
