White Pizza with Basil Pesto and Pine Nuts

This is my family's absolute favorite pizza! So simple and incredible flavor. We buy the pizza dough a frozen dough balls at the food court counter in Sam's club. You get 15 1-lb. frozen dough balls for about $20. Just take the dough out of the freezer the day before to thaw in the fridge. Put it out on the counter early afternoon of the day you want to make it (if having for dinner). The dough will raise and be ready by dinner time!

1 lb. fresh or frozen pizza dough, thawed according to pkg. directions
3/4 cup prepared basil pesto
1 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, preferable freshly grated
1/3 cup pine nuts (super cheap at Costco or Sam's Club)
cornmeal (to sprinkle on baking sheet to keep dough from sticking)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Press dough out into an I8-inch circle on a baking sheet (have sheet dusted with cornmeal first to keep dough from sticking). Spread pesto evenly over dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan, and pine nuts. Bake until the cheese melts and crust is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
